
Monday, April 27: Caps and gowns may be picked up from Mrs. O'Tool in her room this week. Pick them up early allows for changes or alterations if there is an improper fit.
Monday, May 11: All senior grades must be completed and turned in to teachers by the end of the day NO EXCEPTIONS.
Tuesday, May 12: Seniors last day of classes. Seniors will get sign out sheets in their first hour classes. Check out for all classes will be on Tuesday. Non-teaching signatures are to be obtained during study halls. Seniors will turn in completed sheets to their 8th hour teacher on Tuesday. Please note, checking out includes making sure all academic and financial obligations are taken care of.
Wednesday, May 13: Senior Service Day
Thursday, May 14: Practice for class night and commencement beginning at 1:00 p.m. - meet in the cafeteria and be ready to go at 1:00 p.m. When practice has been satisfactorily completed, seniors will be dismissed.
Thursday, May 14: Senior Supper/ Video and Senior awards night in the H.S. cafeteria. Dinner serving will begin at 5:45 p.m. with the senior video to be shown after dinner. Senior Awards will be presented in the gymnasium following the video. Please bring your cap (tassel on the left) and gown or you will not be allowed to participate in ceremonies. Seniors will march is as practiced. Award recipients are to meet in the back of the gym after the ceremony for newspaper pictures except those receiving the BCIG Foundation Scholarships, Harold and Leone Godbersen Family Foundation, and First State Bank, who are to meet on the risers for a picture immediately following the presentation.
Sunday, May 17: Graduation is at 2:00 p.m. Be in cap, gown and honor cords and get flowers pinned on in the kitchen by 1:30. Be lined up and ready to march in by 1:50. Gowns may be turned in after graduation ceremonies in the choir room or they must be brought to the H.S. office by noon on Monday, May 18th. You will receive your diploma when your gown is returned.
